Orders submitted on our site will be executed within 24/48 hours of their reception.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we have received your order. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you that your order is on the way

Please note, the given timeframe for deliveries is within 4-7 business days (across Pakistan) from the time that your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 4-7 business days of your order being dispatched, please call our helpline (+92 21 37246446,+92 322 3708883)

Delivery charge is Rs. 200 for Karachi & Rs 250 for the rest of Pakistan.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
2 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY:

Once you receive your parcel, you may open it and check it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order and needs a size/design changed, please contact our helpline (+92 21 37246446, +92 322 3708883), within two days of receiving your parcel.

Please do not tell the rider to bring you back another size. The courier riders are not responsible for processing orders and cannot process a size exchange for you.

We will then send you the correct size/design and you can return the previous parcel back to the rider.
